What is Linkera Foodie ?

Linkera is a technology company that connects people with the best in their cities. We do this by empowering local businesses and in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work and live. We started by facilitating door-to-door delivery, but we see this as just the beginning of connecting people with possibility — easier evenings, happier days, bigger savings accounts, wider nets and stronger communities.

 

How much will it cost me to use Linkera Foodie services ?

The only extra charges that might be applied are the restaurant delivery fees.
 

How i will pay for my orders ?

Currently you can pay for your orders through (COD) Cash on delivery, and (VOD) Visa on delivery 

What does Linkera Foodie do?

We simply take your submitted order and send it to the restaurant through a completely automated process, so you don’t have to deal with all the hassle of ordering and we make sure that you receive your order on time, every-time!
 

Why should i use Linkera Foodie than using a phone?

Linkera Foodie is a huge food court for many restaurants and services, so you don’t need to go through the hassle of finding restaurants numbers, waiting on hold or getting a busy signal while dialing a restaurant number or getting the wrong order due to miscommunication over the phone! Besides by using Linkera Foodie you can view menus with pictures of all your favorite restaurants in our easy to use apps.

Do you have special offers?

Yes. You can view the latest restaurant promotions and discount coupon in offers tab.
 

Is (VOD) visa on delivery option is only for visa cards holders?

You can add your Mastercard and Visa cards to visa on delivery option.

Can i place an order for late delivery?

Yes you can. Some restaurants allow customers to place an order in advance (select date and time) i.e. place an order after one hour, two hours etc. depending on restaurants delivery policy and on restaurant working hours. From checkout you can choose “Pre-Order” option and choose a delivery date and time.
 

Can i have multiple addresses into my account?

Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account. Go to Saved Addresses and click on “Add New Address” button.
 

How does it take to receive the order after i place it ?

It depends on the restaurant’s estimated delivery time, each restaurant will display its order delivery time in the restaurant’s “Info” tab. However, the time may vary depending on road traffic congestion.
 

How do i add an item as a favorite?

You can simply click on the icon ‘add as a favorite’ available on all menu items on restaurants. You can also easily go to my favorites section on My Account page re order these items.
 

I forget to add an item to my order, what do i do?

Contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order. However, please note that if the restaurant already dispatched your order then any additional items may be accounted as a new order.
