• You can cancel your order within 2 days if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your returned items.

2. Return Terms

• Products must be purchased within 5 days and in the original packaging.

• Non-returnable items include: customized, perishable, or opened for health reasons.

3. Returns Process

• Customer bears the costs and risks of return shipping.

• Send returns to Linka, Riyadh.

• We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Gifts

• If the product is a gift, you will be given a gift credit.

• If not, the amount will be refunded to the original purchaser.
