Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order with clear proof. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit within 7 business days. Customized or opened products may not be eligible for refund.
