If you would like to permanently delete your Digital Business Cards account and associated data, you can delete your account directly inside the app or contact us by email.
How to Delete Your Account Inside the App
- Open the Digital Business Cards app.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Confirm your request.
Your account and associated data are permanently deleted immediately after confirmation. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app, you may also request account deletion by email:

Please include your registered email address or phone number used in the app.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User profile information
- Saved business cards
- Uploaded images
- Contact details
- App activity data
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained only when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

Users can delete their account directly inside the application using the Delete My Account feature available in the account menu. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
